Anyone for tennis?

June 5th, 2011 – Queen’s Club, West London

On the Sunday before the grasscourt tennis season begins in the UK, some of the tennis players taking part in the Aegon Championships at Queen’s Club come out to practice.  Being a tennis fan, it’s always great to get to see these players in a more relaxed environment, and much closer than you’d normally get to see them.

There were some qualifying matches taking place.

Arnaud Clement vs Nicholas Monroe.

Clement won.

Fernando Verdasco:

There probably would have been a lot more action had the rain stayed away, but in typical British fashion it was began chucking it down.

A few other top players like Andy Roddick were out on the courts too, but there’s just one person I’d get totally starstruck over.. Rafael Nadal. Hopefully soon..!
